Every new member starts with a private one-on-one session where we learn about your body, your goals, and your limitations before you ever touch a weight.

Book Your Starting Point

Your journey begins with a complimentary 45-minute one-on-one session. You'll meet with a coach, complete an InBody body composition scan, discuss your goals, and get a clear picture of where you are today.

Body Mapping & Personalized Plan

We assess your movement across our Movement Matrix — evaluating mobility, stability, and strength patterns. From this, we build your personalized L.I.F.T plan that accounts for limitations, injuries, and lifestyle goals.

Transition Into Membership

Once your plan is ready, you'll begin coach-led semi-private training sessions. Your progress is tracked, your program evolves with you, and your coach is with you every step of the way.

Before You Arrive, Here's What You Should Know

Everything you need to feel prepared and confident before your first visit.

Book Your Starting Point
What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and clean athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and come ready to move. We provide everything else — towels, equipment, and coaching. No experience needed.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not. Most of our members started with little or no training background. Your Starting Point is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We assess your movement and build a plan tailored to your ability.

How long are the training sessions?

Semi-private training sessions are 55 minutes, including a structured warm-up and cool-down. Your initial Starting Point session is about 45 minutes — enough time for your InBody scan, movement chat, and goal-setting discussion.

When can I start training?

As soon as you're ready. Book your Starting Point and we'll have you on the floor within your first week. After your Body Mapping session, you'll transition into coach-led semi-private training with a personalized plan ready to go.
