Getting Started

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Functional Fitness 360 is designed for adults 40+ of all fitness levels. Every member begins with a Starting Point, where we assess your movement, discuss your goals, and identify the safest, most effective path forward. We meet you exactly where you are.

What happens during the Starting Point?

You'll meet one-on-one with a coach for a 45-minute session. We'll complete a movement screening using KinoTek, an InBody body composition scan, and walk through your goals so we can build a personalized roadmap and recommend your next step with confidence.

What's included in the 2 Week Guarantee?

The Two-Week Guarantee is an optional next step after your Starting Point. It includes:

  • Unlimited access to coach-led semi-private training sessions
  • Access to the Saturday 360 Shred session
  • Personalized coaching, accountability, and full community access

This allows you to experience FF360 fully before committing long-term.

When can I start?

We typically schedule your Starting Point within the same week you reach out. Book online or give us a call and we'll find a time that works for you.

Nutrition & Recovery

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. Every FF360 member receives nutrition and recovery guidance as part of their coaching. This includes access to the FF360 Nutrition Guidebook, which focuses on simple, sustainable habits — not strict dieting or calorie counting.

How important is recovery on my off days?

Essential. Recovery is built into everything we do at FF360. We incorporate mobility work, recovery strategies, and education around sleep, hydration, and stress management so you can train smarter and feel better longer. Your off days are just as important as your training days.

What membership options do you offer?

We offer an all-inclusive membership designed for long-term progress:

Unlimited Personal Training: $89.99 per week — Our recommended membership, designed for long-term progress and consistency. Includes ongoing semi-private training sessions, assessments, nutrition guidance, and full access to the FF360 coaching system. Every journey begins with a Starting Point assessment.
Can I freeze my membership?

Location & Logistics

Where are you located?

128 N. Arendell Ave, Zebulon, NC 27597. We're located in downtown Zebulon, just minutes from Wendell, Rolesville, and East Raleigh. Free parking is available directly in front of the studio and in nearby lots.

What are your training hours?

Mon – Fri: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Mon & Wed: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What should I bring to my first session?

Just a water bottle and comfortable training clothes. We provide all equipment and a welcoming, supportive environment. No special gear required.

Community & Experience

What makes Functional Fitness 360 different?

We don't begin with hard workouts. We begin with your Body Mapping Phase, where we assess how your body moves across more than 80 categories using our proprietary Movement Matrix. That allows us to build your program around your joints, your history, and your current ability.

From there, your training follows our L.I.F.T. system — Lifestyle Integrated Fitness Training. Each phase has a purpose and builds on the last, so you gain strength, improve movement, and stay consistent long term. No guesswork. No random programming.

How quickly will I see results?

Most members feel improvement in energy, mobility, and confidence within 2-4 weeks. Our Movement Matrix progression system ensures steady, measurable progress over time — and your InBody scans track the data to prove it.
