Our Methodology

Our Personal Training Program is designed to get you moving more efficiently, effectively and safely. Developed over the span of two decades with hundreds of clients, our coaching and programming methodology ensures an experience tailored to your needs.

Movement is life, and is the driver for optimal health, but, not all movements are created equal. Inefficient movements can put a negative stress on our bodies, and for some, this can lead to pain with a diminished desire to exercise.

e created our Personal Training programs on the guided principle of training in

Movement WPatterns, (push, pull, carry, squat, hinge, core). Not muscle groups (chest, back, legs, arms etc).

We believe, if you train muscle groups, your movement patterns get left behind! If you train in movements patterns, our muscles won't get left behind!

By following this principle it will have numerous benefits on our bodies, and will translate into everyday life for function and longevity.
